In Hebrew, MAH ZEH is an innocent little question that translates to: "Wha's that?"
However, MAH ZEH often transforms from a question to a word or phrase intensifier. Sure, it can indicate a query if there’s a question mark at the end of the sentence, but much more likely to be used as a description of something AWESOME rather than its indication of lack of knowledge.
Not knowing what we had in hand, we often found ourselves asking what is that? Is it good? Is it bad? Does it have potential? Only after some experimentation and trials and errors we arrived at an absolutely superb product. Our wines are as unique as the name suggests.
